Bad customer service

I went to CNA forest Hill and bought soccer tickets for Sundowns and Super sport the cashier said the tickets is R50 bucks but on tickets is R40 now m confused because the cashier didn't give me my till receipt she just gave me the tickets

How possible is that which means your cashiers are *****'s so I want my money back I guess this lady is taking chances with the customers,

I bought them with R370 instead of R320 and the lady was demanding R400.
