Bad Customer Service

CNA Clearwater charged my card twice yesterday for my transaction and instead of refunding me with cash and decided to do a refund on the card without my knowledge. Then the manager decides to tell me after that the money will be refunded in 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and I have still not received the refund. The manager had no regard for customer service whatsoever, buying the items was even more difficult as there was no one working on the floor for assistance. I regret shopping there and will not be visiting that store ever again, by the way I still want my money!
