BAD Customer service

I had a bad customer service experiance at South Gate CNA. I bought two books on Sunday and I was not informed of any Corona return policies before buying. The next day I tried returning the booksand I was confranted by two ladies one of them named Poppy and they told me how I cant read. I asked for the manager and she was out of the store for an hour without her cellphone. I waited untill she came back. Then she told me she cant risk her store by doing a return even thou I explained to her that the cashier did not explain this process to me. she then just walked away. I then called the police who also did not show up. I am very upset about this whole thing and I dont see myself buying from CNA anymore after so many years of being a loyal customer. I would like to see if someone can attend to my issue.
