Bad customer service
<p>The CNA in Dundee has really bad customer service.</p> <p>After locating the product I was looking for I headed for the tills, where I had to stand and wait for someone/anyone to come to the tills, there was no shop assistants at the till or anywhere to be seen in the store. I waited for 15 minutes before someone showed up, and then the lady who just entered the store got assisted before me. I cannot report as specific person either as no name tags are worn by the staff. This is ridiculous... is this the kind of service a mayor company like Edcon allows....</p>
