Bad after sale service

I bought HP laptop and printer bundle pack with Microsoft office already loaded . I've been trying to call the number provided to activate with no luck at all. Try to call CNA Brooklyn where I bought the bundle , no one is assisting . I ask to speak to the store manager my call was dropped . This is very irritating as I need to setup for my business. Worst for the number ( 083 ********** ) provided it just keep on ringing no voicemail to give direction on what to do , to clients . Very frustrated at moment please need urgent help with this . I needed all system to be up and running by Sunday due to this I can't do anything.
