Back orders - endless excuses.

I was really tempted to give a 1 star as I am now at my wits end. I used to order the DeLorean books from another site and then thought I would rather get it via my closest CNA branch. Started off slow as there were problems. then for about 2 moths it went well. Since then... every time I go in or enquire or whatever in regards to my back orders there are endless excuses. For example, the latest order was placed start of August (after that last lot was late too due to the lady who takes the orders at the other end is on maternity leave and there is no-one who can do her job????), only to be told on the 25th that they are late again. Ok, asked that they follow up... hear nothing. I phone today, the 5th of Sept, only to be told my order was placed again on the 29th and the truck is late due to striking or some sort. So, my question is, how can I cut CNA as the middle man in my orders. These books cost a lot of money and to subscribe with CNA has not been a pleasant experience.
