Answer your phone

Pathetic service. I have phoned multiple stores repeatedly, and not a single one has bothered to answer. One phone is even engaged which leads me to believe they have taken it off the hook. Not even head office has bothered to answer. Remove your telephonic service if you aren't bothered to use it. What a waste of my time and even my airtime.
