Amazing Service

I went into this store looking for Blue Pilot Frixion pens for my wife. The lady that assisted me, Matsikela Mampane informed me that she only had black pens. However, she asked me why I did not take the refill in blue for the pen. I was taken aback in that I had no idea that you could get refills for these pens. I bought two and want to say that Matsikela is an absolute superstar and a asset to CNA.
