absolutely rude
I have just purchased from your establishment anf had the displeasure of being assisted by sibusiso. First he was chatting on his fone while customers are standing in line then he shouts next whem his done.I get to the kiosk and puf my goods down and greet him and he doesn't even respond to the greeting and says this side so rudely for me to move one counter over.when working in a customer service industry you need to be courteous anf not grumpy towards customers
