50% off Christmas themed items (False advertising)
<p> </p> <p>I bought various Christmas decorations today, being under the impression that there is a 50% discount on all Christmas themed items (as advertised in store and via your emails). I did not get 50% off. I did get a small percentage discount on the items, but it was not 50%. I shopped at CNA EASTGATE.</p> <p>Kindly explain to me why I did not get 50% discount as advertised.</p> <p>Awaiting your soonest reply.</p> <p> </p>
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Kindly note our promotions have T's & C's and surely not everything in the store was on 50% off. We will however liaise directly with the Eastgate store management and our marketing team for more information.
