This is the most pathetic retail company that I have come across, I have order 2 items online on the 18th of december 2015, I am still awaiting the delivery, having called multiple times to customer service with every time a promise of a follow up or a call back this has never happened, today I called the manager Ntiski told me I must stop calling!!! So has CNA ****** my money?? Must be, I am still on hold with this lady awaiting a \supposed"tracking number.
