20% of all book one day only
I wanted to purchase 6 Nov issued Mills and Boons books. When I got to the counter I was rudely told Mills and Boons are not books and does not qualify for the discount. The last time I checked a book is a book. Nowhere in the promotion did it state which books were excluded. They sell BOOKS after all. I feel they have misled me as a customer. I have lodged a complaint online and received an automatic reply for a response within 24 hrs. It is now 72 an nothing????? Maybe future promotions should include their definition of a \book"."""
