10 Minutes hanging
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was left hanging for 10 Munites when i phoned in regards to a Finweek Magazine.</p> <p>The Lady named Martha asked me to hold on while she finshed with the bank.</p> <p>After holding for 10 minutes i ended the call and phoned again.</p> <p>i could hear them talking and laughing in the background.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called 3 times after that. Fourth time she answered and went to look for the magazine. Then told me that they did not have the magazine that i was looking for.</p>
