On 20t. November 2015, i was disallowed to pay my account at C NA Quagga centre. With No valid reason given. They said if the amount of cash is not full installment even if you made arrangements with head office. The store manager whose name is Angie was very rude, she referred me to Edgars or Jet, to pay my account because i have opened my account at Jet. Their computer can not accept in complete amount required. There were no notice put up to notify customers that CNA Quagga centre does not allow customers to pay account if make ar rangements with accounts department. I was forced to go where i did not want to. I got a confirmation from one Edgars staff member that this store does not allow customer to pay accounts if not in full amount. But Edgars and Jet they do. This is bad service i ever experienced in my life. CNA management please assist, because this against CPA
