Worst service ever from CN Tronics Service Centre

Being in an email thread with CNTronics with 6 other emails CC'd, (some personal gmail accounts), I was never responded to when I had questions or concerns. I was never provided any information regarding the process. The TV was 2 weeks old, and they initially wanted to repair it instead of replace. After collecting it with a turnaround time of 21 days, I was told that they would basically do me a favour and provide me with credit, but the transport/postage of the new TV would be my problem. I will be avoiding any future products that have ANYTHING to do with CN Tronics
