CNTRONICS bad service

I bought Sinitec TV in 2023 July TV only last 1 year and 6 months it's started showing blank screen, I returned it to makro query was referred to CN Tronics support center. Technician who came was very rude and told me that the office will contact me to explain to me he is not fixing the TV, since the first week of March i am still waiting for the call , i went to Makro to follow up , i made phone calls no answer, i sent an emails for follow up still no response AZ*** , urgent follow up emails sent by Makro returns still there was no response i am frustrated as I don't even know if the TV will be fixed
