CN Tronics Service Centre, Absolutely Useless
Absolutely Useless, I bought a Skyworth 65 Inch TV in November, The optimum port was broken, They came out to fix the port and plugged my cable in for me and hung the TV up, One month later I want to put a longer cable in, and the port crumbles apart again. Now they refuse to fix it because a technician wasnt there to witness me removing the cable. and now my whole 3 year warranty of the TV is Null and Void so if the TV doesnt turn on tomorrow it is my own fault. They do not want to help and dont care if it was their fault or not, anything to make money and not care about anyone else.

04 May 2023, 16:56Update, They have now collected my TV and taken it to their store, they have Kept it for 3 weeks without letting me know any progress, after numerous mails to them requesting an up date, they are now holding my TV hostage and saying that I need to pay for the repairs and Delivery back to my house.
