Maria Ramawela call centre agent is absolutely useless. Argumentative, refuses to allow me to escalate matter with the manager. Cannot answer simple questions. 1 month go I dropped off my Skyworth TV, after numerous calls and promises to collect from PnP, TV was only collected yesterday. They agree to credit me and replace but will only do so when they receive my TV and then assess. Skyworth needs to review their choice of service agent in South Africa.
