Worst customer service

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a delivery attempt made this morning, April 13, 2026, at approximately 08:56 AM for parcel number 2G***. The conduct of your delivery personnel was not only unprofessional but overtly aggressive and disrespectful. Upon arrival, the driver contacted me and aggressively asked, "Do you want your parcel or not?" in a threatening tone. Despite being located very close to the gate and arriving within two minutes of the call, I found that the driver was not even outside as claimed. When I arrived at the gate, the following occurred: • Verbal Harassment: The driver and his associate displayed a complete lack of basic customer service and used a confrontational tone. • Reckless Driving: When the driver noticed me taking note of the vehicle's license plate, he sped off in an extremely dangerous manner. The reckless speed at which they joined the road was a safety hazard to the public.
