I want my shipment

I have been waiting for my shipment for a very long time then I was told its near me its out for delivery then it doesn't get here then later on so late at Night im told they couldn't locate the consignee like what the hell im so frustrated anything that I buy then it says local courier and its that Courier im canceling the dam order no 1 have called me to ask where I stay but they told me my order is 10 minutes away from me I want my shipment please fix this dam thing
