CN Express slow service

This company is an absolute disgrace when it comes to delivering your package from the time it arrives in their warehouse. My package is sitting there for the last 4 days, I had to call them the whole day today and was eventually told that it will be delivered tomorrow, it's 13:45 now, still why not today. So 5 days (if the delivery will even happen tomorrow) for a package that is a 20 minute drive from my house. The overseas companies try their utmost to get packages here within a good time frame. If the workload is too much for CN Express then they should share their deliveries with another capable courier company and not be money hungry greedy. I spoke to Bontle from CN Express in the morning and she didn't even care to log the query....the 3rd person logged the query when I called back. They are just giving Temu a bad reputation with this nonchalant slow service and don't care attitude. Buffalo couriers was much better for Temu deliveries. They said that they don't have a general query email address so I am using the Temu email here so that HelloPeter can contact them through Temu.
