Sinotec TV

Please be warned even though Sinotec offers a 3 year warranty on their product, their service stinks. I called the company Kay Magan Electronics where I purchased the TV from to be told that they are no longer operating but I can contact Master Care in Durban as they will honour the warranty. I called Jarrad at Master Care, he was very helpful and gave me the contact number for CN Electronics as they are the agents and asked me to get a job number from them before they can have a look at the TV. This happened last Friday, It took me several calls to to Maria to finally get the job number only on Monday at about 11h00. I told Maria that I will take the TV down to Master Care myself which I did just after 14h00 on Monday. Yesterday afternoon a RTT delivery guy pitches up to collect the TV needless to say I called this morning and was told the TV now had to go to Jhb for a panel to be replaced. In the interim I have to be without a TV for the next 21 days or spend money I can't afford now to buy a new one.
