What a pathetic excuse

A couple of MONTHS ago we requested a quote from CMS Security a sales rep by the name of Anton came out to see us, He was pushing us so badly to sign us up even though we told him we had a few things to sort out first! He push so badly that it put us off and we got back and told him we not interested! At the time of giving us the quote he made my partner sign something. Now months later we get an invoice and statement from them??? How can they bill us for a service we are not getting!!! They have NAILED a sign into our wall and removed out security's sign even though we don't have a contract with them!!! Who is going to fix the damage done to my wall!!!! My partner phoned Anton and his attitude was if he only gave people quotes all the time we wont get a salary!!! Watch out people apparently a quote is signing up with them and not just a quote!!!! This is the worst kind of way to run a business!!!!! Cant phone the manager either as reception cant put you through!!!!!
