Very slow response to alarm & panic

The control room called to say our alarm had gone off. We told them we weren't home and please would they send a car. <br> We then checked our property remotely via our security cameras and saw someone in the back yard. We then pressed our CellRescue panic. The control room called us and we told them there was someone in the back yard. <br> THIRTY MINUTES later a guard arrived at the house to check!<br> 30 mins! Is this reasonable armed response reaction time to a panic button!<br> What if we were being held at gun point?<br> Being tortured?<br> *****?<br> Etc, as per all the CPF & media reports?<br> I think this is a very poor show from people we trust to help us and to react to ******** situations.
