Usual poor response

Good evening Gerrit, It feels like I spend my life complaining to you about CMS service but never hear a word back from you? Tonight the control room called me at 18:51 to say my alarm had gone off. At 19:58 I had to call the control room to say no patrolman had been to my house. All they could say was sorry. At 20:08 a patrolman arrived in my garden. He said the control room had just called him a few minutes ago??? Is this the service I’m paying my hard earned money for to help keep my home & family safe??
