Unresponsive CMS security

CMS is the most pathetic security company. We had an incident in our road where 4 suspects jumped over a neighbor wall into the road 3 flee in car another no foot. When the alert call on our community group was made I alerted my security CMS company to ask them to send out patroll car. This morning when I called to follow up I was told that it's not their client so they did not even bother to come out ( even tho I'm a client and made the alert call for my neighborhoods security) apparently they send an alert out to SAPS who clearly did a no show aswell. Surely there is other faster responses eg SUPERCOPS who needs our bizz and support rather than this inadequacy who is def not living up to the neighbourhood Safety policy as /when required.
