Stay Far Away

I would not recommend this company. Most unhelpful services you have ever worked with. We are not a client of them however, I walked into a ******* on our property which affected a CMS client. I tried to flag down a CMS car and the driver ignored me. Once the client had them out and on the property, they had no questions to ask me (the person who had seen one of the ******s face). They asked us no details of anything, times, what I have seen, nothing. So disappointing. After almost three weeks since I put the complaint in. The attempts to right a wrong has been disgusting. Promises of return calls have never been kept. Not to mention the first person I spoke to was so willing to help and after two and a half weeks just sound absolutely unhappy to have me on the phone. Maybe they were hoping to not have me phone back. So much for we care for the community.
