No show/Late
<p>I made an appointment during the week for a technician to visit my home at 9am on Sunday. </p> <p>Its now 9:25 and they not here and the person on the phone at the HO has no idea where they are!!!!</p> <p>Great customer service CMS!!!!!</p> <p>if you can't deliver on this promise what else can't you deliver on????</p>
