Gates wde open, no one home

<p>My gate motor malfunctioned on the 25.04.2017 at about 5pm. My daughter's bf tried to reset it to no avail. At 7pm last night, w3 had to pt the gates on manual, chained up and everyting. I informed CMS of the situation and again this mornjing. I asked for extra patrols Tbe technians got here at 8.45 to sort it out. It failed. They got it working and it failed. My daughter left wt 10am. So, the gates were open till 5.55 when I got homn till 5.55 when I got home.</p>
