Delayed response

We phoned CMS Security this morning at about 6 am to report the Cash in Transit Heist in Boksburg. I myself phoned them twice and my husband phoned them as well. They did not answer their phones for a long time. My husband eventually got a hold of them asking why on earth they are taking so long to respond to phone calls. What if we had an emergency at home? This is not very reassuring! Worst of all is they called me at 7:11 stating that they were following up on a missed call. Are you kidding me? An hour later? This is shocking!
