CMS unprofessional company

I have never come across a more unprofessional company as CMS. Took 35 minutes to respond after three phone calls, and gave the explanation that they had a shift change. I cancel their services immediately, to be told that I am liable for 0ne month notice as I had broken my contract I quickly pointed out that I had not broken my contract that in fact they had as they had offer me a service which they did not give. they eventually agreed and assured me that my debit order would not go thru. but as you can not trust CMS of course it went off R800.00. Now to try and get my money back is proving to be a nightmare with constant promises that I will be in my account. CMS enough is enough you can't get away with this terrible service any more
