Cms officers - lack of road manners

Cms Officer came speeding past on a road where people usually cross and children are present. He had no lights on to indicate he was responding to an emergency. To be quite frank its not the first time I observed one of their officers show no respect to Road users or the rules of the road. They are endangering the very people they are supposed to protect and set an example for. I feel that if they do not change their attitude soon, they might injure someone or worse...
