CMS No response

I have been a client with CMS for over 9 years. 2 days ago I was contacted by the SAP saying we had a break in at my business. I asked CMS to go check what was going on. they then informed me it is true. this after I asked for regular patrols as the alarm kept going off and could not go check because of the lockdown. my offices was cleaned out and vehicles was damaged. the SAP believes the ********* was there for days. CMS then offered a guard at a fee since we could not lock up the premises. The very same evening I received a call from the neighbors saying they contacted their security company as they had witnessed intruders. I called CMS who was oblivious to this. after some harsh words they retracted their staff. lef my premises wide open after another +-R80000 worth damage.I called to get some sort of explanation several times today. every time I was told management is in a meeting. after about R1mil loss I have still not had the courtesy of my security company calling me. i eventually asked if I should employ a new company. still no answer. I was forced to change after over 9 years of being a client. CMS What has gone wrong. Manny I really expected more from you. very sad
