Bad service to single Indian mum

I am extremely disappointed in CMS. I paid you thousands of rands for a new alarm and fixing not even after long period. Since then you have been at my house almost every month trying to fix a mistake YOU made. Last week your technician rushed the job at my house. My whole house was stinking after he left and he almost broke my blinds. You are quick to put down other alarm companies who are cheaper and say we never see them. A gentleman from CMS told me you are not like other companies that sit under a tree. Yet Wolf Security helped me and I don't even pay them. I pay YOU thousands. Tonight my alarm is chiming non-stop. It is giving me a migraine and I need my alarm. To resolve the issue your solution was to tell me to switch my alarm off. Nice. I am a single mother. You claim your technicians drive around and can't help me and have families like I do. I am alone here with my child and I must pay a R1000 call-out fee? Aside from your exorbitant fees, you should care MORE because I am single. I don't have a man in this house who is going to protect me if something happens outside. There is a ***** lurking in this area and you are telling me to switch my alarm off while it is going crazy. I have to ask - are you treating me this way because I am single? Is it because I am Indian? Because I feel singled out.

Your technicians need training. The only good thing about CMS is that you let me pay off monthly.

So expensive and wont consider lowering installments yet only issues recently and I know other companies are cheaper ---
