Bad Service

Last week Tuesday (17/02/2015) I contacted CMS Security because my alarm system wasn't functioning properly, I spoke to a manager and he said they technicians didn't have the spares that day but it would be sorted out the next day, however the next day nothing was done, but on Wednesday I also asked for an additional quotation for other security things to be done at my house, I only received the quotation on Friday morning, and I paid for the stuff straight away, and after about 2-3 hours after sending my proof of payment I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment to do it all. It is now Monday and I still have not been contacted by anyone, I had to contact them, but before I could even speak to anymore, I had been put through to various people who did not answer the phones, to find out what was going on, still no one could tell me, eventually I was told they could come out tomorrow (24/02/2015) and do it, I feel this is unacceptable, as it is my security that is at risk, as my alarm system has not been working properly for almost a week now, I have to say I am very disappointed with the service I have received from CMS and the blatant lack of care for my security.
