Bad service

CMS security has the worse service, in a emergency they dont answer there phones. Their armed response personnel comes out to your premises and dont close the gate behind them, when asked why he is not closing the ***e, the security guard looks at me and laughs, leaving my family exposed to any type of danger. Managers and supervisors come to write a rapport and give no feedback on any issue.There technical team informed me as well that there was no network for 2 weeks and no signals could be received at the control rooms as i was inform that this was an untrue statement from their part. They also didnt inform me as a client that this is the case so in a case of an emergency I would not have had any assistance from them for a service I pay for every month. When i phoned CMS after everything that had happened (as they never return my phone calls when i leave a message) to say im not happy with the service they provide me as a security company, the supervisor told me off and said that it would be better if they cancel my subscription with CMS because they dont want to deal with me anymore. <br> Andries also said they will remove all the technical boxes on their terms when they are ready
