Terrible Service

I contacted CMS Recruitment for assistance with putting together a professional CV for me. I sent them my CV in its current form together with updates which I wanted to be included in my CV. I was informed by Carl Daniels, the managing director, that I will receive an application form from his colleague which is required before they can commence with working on my CV. A week passed and I still did not receive said application form which Carl eventually sent to me. I completed the application form and paid the required fee on the same day. A week passed and I did not hear from Carl, upon following up with him, he informed me that I would receive a first draft of my CV by close of business on that day. Which subsequently did not happen and he blamed it on "issues" his company was happening and once again informed me that I would receive a first draft of my CV by close of business that day. Two weeks have since passed and I have neither heard from Carl nor received the first draft of my CV. I have also found out that a former colleague of mine has had a similar experience with CMA Recruitment. CMS Recruitment is unprofessional and would not recommend that anyone makes use of their services.
