Unfair contracting consultants

CMS Construction and Maintenance, was submitted to replace our geyser through Nedbank home insurance. They where very quick to be on site as agreed but they relocated our geyser to the outside of the house. There was a crack in the geyser in side the roof of the house, nowwhere els was it leaking. The drilled into the outsie wall and all of a sudden we had a leak in the wall exactly where they drilled to install the bolts for the new geyser. The technician then said that there is a leak and he refuse to take responsibility for the damage. This is the kind of service they supply to run away from their mistakes
