Money to waste...put CMM on your case !

Myself and my wife are selling our property in Vanderbijlpark SE7. The Attorneys working with our sale is CMM and the person is Madeleine.<br> <br> The attorneys/company's representative, Madeleine, promised that everything will be registered by the week of the 23rd September 2015. I made all arrangements according to her word! The premises are empty. The new owners where supposed to have taken occupancy already, but due to delays from Madeleine's side, and also [URL Removed] (agent is Evodia), the place is still vacant. I am thus not collecting income from anywhere for this property. Each month that they delay costs me in access of R12000.00, that now has to come out of my pocket. The municipal account is also behind with more than R5000.00 A reconnection fee of R500 is also added to account. The amount that we budgeted for (profit from sale), if attorneys did their job, is now much less and all debts will therefor, now not be covered by the sale of the property.<br> <br> Everything was apparently done, and ready to be logged, but now a COC certificate is outstanding, of which I was told that it was send to attorneys(by Evodia), already.<br> <br> Worst service ever, and keep on passing buck :(<br> <br>
