Get some people skills!!

I called this office looking for assistance since the person looking after my account is on leave and instead of getting assisted I got semi assaulted over the phone by a lady named Sadie Piaper, she starts screaming at me and claims that I said she doesn't know how to do her job which I never stated.<br> After asking for her manager she takes her side saying I probably said something to her to **** her of****dos to manager for standing up for her staff) as she has been with the company for many years, that, my dear Manager does not make her super-sized with people skills. <br> If their calls were recorded I would request the call to be pulled and sue someone but theirs are not, go figure...<br> Sadie Piaper .... Get some people skills please!!
