Disgraceful service from CMK ALUMINIUM, MITCHELL'S PLAIN

The Co owner, Andre Williams and his dad, took my R4100 deposit to supply and install X2 large aluminum windows after I found them on fumtree. After a long delay and many excuses, the pitched up two weeks later and installed a flimsy frame without glass that swayed in the wind. Numerous promises to complete the job and rectify mistakes fell on deaf ears. He sent me an email to cancel the job and restore any damage as well as return the full deposit and take back the frame. He now does not answer his phone, he changed his number, still advertises on gumtree for work, but simply does not respond to any requests to refund. I'm sure if he did this to us he must have done the same to others.
