Mislead and Bad Service, Taken advantage of

I went to buy a car m/benz, and being a woman and single mum I wanted value for my money and a vehicle that was in a good condition with a service plan and good parts that will nt need replacing immediately after buying the car. The first day I took delivery window button and radio paint came off and the clutch was queaky, I went back received no joy, since I bought the car I've been going back with complaint and express my unhappiness. I also had to pay for my own registration which they failed to do. When I bought the car I asked about the service paln and was told the car is still in service plan up until 120 000km and was told I could buy additional cover for when the 120k is reach. In the first month of having the car I had to replace the globes. I have not even done 10 000km and the message came up that the brake lining has to be replace and I have to replace the tryes. Now on 10000km the car needs to go for a service and Investment cars tells me that I have no motorplan as it expired. I went there yeaterday and was told this I told them that before buying the car I had asked the questions regarding the motor plan, tyres, brakes, clutche etc and made it clear that,nightmare !
