Investment cars-Not as great as you think! - Pretty @%&! Actually!

<p>So firstly let me say that I purchased my car from Investment cars as opposed to some corner dealership in town for a reason. I expected a certain level of professionalism, quality and customer centricity.... boy was I sadly mistaken. </p> <p>I received much much better service from the 2 dealerships I dealt with when I purchased 2 of my previous cars.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, there were a few little things that I wasn't happy with when it came to concluding the sale.... however that really wasn't much to complain about... I managed to brush that aside. But then it got worse....</p> <p>About 4 days after purchasing my car I hear a low pitched whine/moan which sounds like it may be coming from the left rear of the car.... I take it in and some guy concludes that it should be the bearing and promises to order one for me.... a week later after hearing nothing from the dealership.... I go in to check on the progress, pick up my license plate and disc and my spare key. It seems the bearing wasn't even ordered, I couldn't get my disc or license plate because the car had no valid roadworthy certificate!! I offer to drive the car with one of their people to get tested, to my surprise.... car fails-oil leak.... ***!!!!! I was promised the car had recently passed the test but clearly that wasn't true. </p> <p>Bare in mind I stay far from this dealership and here I am making useless trips back and forth due to the dealership's incompetence, carelessness and amateur mistakes.</p> <p>I've now got to make atleast 2 more trips down to the damn dealership after 2 wasted trips.... with the price of petrol, this is a expensive waste of money. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would rate my overall experience 2/10!</p> <p>Investment cars seems like the ideal dealership with all the fancy cars.... if only you knew....</p>
