Worst service ever.

I honestly have reached my limit with this pathetic dealership, I bought a C30 T5 in December last year and one of the reasons i bought the car was that it had a spare key, the car was inspected and i noticed scratches on the side skirt and was told to send photos, which I did, i have sent email after email and get blatantly ignored since February, Nothing as been said nor advised on the spare key and the repair, I honestly wouldn't buy a car from them, the service is horrific
