Worse service ever

I bought a Chev Captiva in September and upon collecting the car few things were not sorted and i was promised that all will be taken care of in a weeks time, till to date that hasn't been done, a salesperson that was assigned to this resigned Friday and all this time i was the one who has been doinh the follow up they have never bothered to contact me and update me, last wek i spoke to Darius who's the manager however even with him iam the one who has to always email him to find out the progress, now that they got the sale, they don't care about services us, Darius only communicate with us if we've send him an email, as the manager in charge his supposed to make sure that the matter is resoved urgently since this has been going on since September however there's no sense of urgency or an apology on behalf of the previous sales person.

I would never ever recommend anyone to CMH Pretoria, they all don't care about service, they only after a sale, once that achieved they don't care about what happens next.

Iam still waiting for Darius for feedback as to when will all the outstanding things will be delivered to me and the car to be collected.
