Unsatisfactory Service

Currently not getting joy dealing with the dealership service department. Sent in a car for engine repairs and collected Friday and it broke down again the next day. They currently not responding to whether their guarantee will cover the engine damage. They not responsive and they are evasive on their reply and not being direct.
