non trustworthy dealership..

the vehicle a 2013 crv 2.2 diesel auto on the day that first contract was signed was not ready yet the dealership had me sign documents and finalize only then to be told that vehicle had issues with front brakes & sensors that needed to be replaced and was not ready, dealer was notified that we were unhappy as this was unacceptable on principle and notified them that we would cancel contract as we were made as we were made suspicious as to why vehicle was not ready , this was attributed to their salesperson who failed to communicate with us and who then resigned apparently. we were then contacted by Darius (senior workshop) who had call to clarify why vehicle was not ready and requested what he needed to do to make us happy with vehicle and assured us that nothing was seriously wrong and that vehicle accident free and to make us at ease would send vehicle for AA ( he sent only for roadworthy) . based on AA report we agreed to conclude deal and Darius arranged to have vehicle delivered to my home in Randburg,that evening my husband came home and we took vehicle for a test drive and on reversing heard a metal on metal noise from left rear when reversing, we immediately notified dealer via email and they stated the would come fetch vehicle. we in the interim were even more concerned so took vehicle to a RMI accredited service centre and had vehicle put on a lift , we have images & video of what was seen under vehicle undercarriage issues noted as per videos /photos ATTACHED.

* supposed service for 90000km was to be done yet book not stamped * rear bumper clips missing, bumper loose and held in places with wire ties * rear diff has play on it when turning by hand and makes a noise * middle ****ler has a huge dent * under carriage plastic and aluminum protector ( has huge dent that warped it into the under carriage) other covers all damaged, broken loose and held in place with wire ties. * front left wheel back plate loose and rattles and damage can see part of plate broken and protruding between discs and calipers, also held in place with wire ties, * front bumper clips missing and wire ties used * u - shaped metal bar under the driveshaft was bend so that it was making contact and a clear wear line can be seen, * front left control arm looks warped.out of shape when compare to right side. * left and right side rear door outer trims clips missing( Phillip was shown this before ) * body trim panels on left rear left to not line up and rear bumper was resprayed or replaced but not correctly fitted using clips/*****s as whole bumper moves , Darius arranged again to have vehicle collected and left us a loan vehicle with the understanding that the dealer principle had left it up to him to resolve all issues below, vehicle was brought back today and a number of the issues below not resolved and we no feel that once full disclosure on the state of the vehicle( we asked both Darius and salesperson Phillip were asked about any accident damage would could clearly be seen if put on a lift ) were not made even though they had a opportunity to rectify before delivering the 1st and now the 2nd time and we have had no use or joy of the vehicle we wish to cancel this transaction as this is going back and forth with no resolution and vehicle has been taken back with CMH volvo driver again since last week . now nearly 3 weeks with dealer
