CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield - extreme disturbing service

On 25 May 2016 we bought a pre-owned Tiguan from CMH Volo Pretoria Hatfield pre owned. As part of the deal included we got smash and grab (for which an extra amount is changed to the sales cost) which was installed at the CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield service workshop. We took delivery of the vehicle and soon after leaving the sales garage we noticed all the bubbles in the very expensive smash and grab on the windows. About a week later the car was back at the CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield service workshop to have the smash and grab redone. I fetched the vehicle and on investigation found that the smash and grab was once again not fitted properly as the film was smaller as the actual window glass, the quality was even worse than before. Yet again a week after the re-fitted smash and grab we took the vehicle back to have the smash and grab redone for a second time again at the CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield service workshop. That afternoon as I went to collect the vehicle I got back a filthy Tiguan with a rundown battery and was told that the workshop loves listening to the radio while they are supposed to perform a service on your vehicle and that be the reason for the flat battery. They jump started our Tiguan without proper precaution and as I drove off I realised that the improper manner of jump starting my vehicle messed up the entire computer that the Tiguan uses in all electronic functioning. Thus the next morning we had to take the Tiguan to VW to have the computer fixed. Yet the smash and grab was still a disaster. It went back to CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield’s service workshop for a third time, this time the smash and grab was done in better quality, only for us to discover a day later that the passenger door handle no longer worked. On further investigation we found that the hardware used to keep the door interior fixed to the door was MISSING in two doors of this vehicle and improperly fitted on a third door. We then had to take the Tiguan back for the fourth time to CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield’s service workshop. This time waiting for it to be fixed at the workshop, I was told that all is good every single piece of hardware was replaced and fitted properly. I did not drive off this time instead I asked to be shown what had been done, and so discovered that the missing hardware was replaced with once that did not fit only to fill the empty hole in the door handle so it looked like all was in and fitted properly. If you service your Volvo at CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield’s service workshop I suggest you find a different workshop as you never know when your engine might stay left behind while driving off after a routine service. This is absolutely unacceptable and disturbing and I for sure know CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield will NEVER see us again and will NEVER have a referral from us or our family members as I will tell everyone not to make use of CMH Volvo Pretoria Hatfield ever. Absolutely pathetic service!!
