No Feedback on quote request

Good day<br> <br> On the 21st of September I have requested a quote on the replacement of my Volvo S60's head gasket from CMH Volvo Cars West Rand. I have received feedback that a quote will be supp****. I gave all the necessary info to get a quote.<br> <br> On the 29th I received feedback that prices for the quote has been received, and was advised that I will receive the quote shortly.<br> <br> On the 2nd of October I followed up on the quote, no quote yet<br> <br> today is the 8th of October. No quote.<br> <br> This is unacceptable. I need to plan for the repairs. I need my vehicle for work.<br> <br> Please attend to this soonest.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Johan Pretorius
