Extreme incompetence from VOLVO delearship

<p>The VOLVO CMH WESTRAND dealership have very poor service and *********** and are busy damaging the VOLVO SA brand.</p> <p> I took my vehicle for a sercice on 8th July 2016 and they have caused damage to the central console system and SAT NAV/GPS system does not work anymore. Instead of fixing the problem they were quick to blame me and accused me of installing "******* software" that has a virus on my vehicle.</p> <p>One week later after taking the car back, they claim they have to order a new part from the VOLVO factory and have to wait.</p> <p>Its almost 1 month later driving without display on the central console with no SAT NAV/GPS system, they still dont have a clue what they are doing and they keep wasting my time because each time i have to leave my vehicle with them for the whole day and the issue is still NOT resolved.</p> <p>these idiots are completely useless and damaging the brand of VOLVO SA by their incompetence.</p> <p>I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle to VOLVO CMH westrand, their service is very poor.</p>
